Why I cook

Ever since I could stand on a chair and hold a rolling pin, I’ve been cooking. From making ravioli in my grandparents garage to the annual turkey cookies for Thanksgiving with my mom.

Food is art. Food is science. Food is passion.

Food is family and friends. It’s good times.

Food is part of every major event in our lives…baby showers, birthdays, weddings, and even funerals. It creates memories that last a lifetime.

That is why I cook.

My food may not be the most professional looking, BUT most importantly, it tastes good and we have fun making it. I’m always on the lookout for easier ways to make things I love, but also ways to make things taste better.

I want to share my memories with my kids and show them how to create lasting memories of their own.rubymeatball
